The role demands 5–8 years of experience, strong documentation, and collaboration with IT and cybersecurity teams to support infrastructure projects in a global industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5-8 years of enterprise networking experience.
• Hands-on with Fortinet FortiGate, Ruckus Wi-Fi, and Cisco switching.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3, IP subnetting, routing and switching.
• Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec/SSL).
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate firewalls including VPNs, NAT, and HA.
• Manage wireless networks with Ruckus ZoneDirector/SmartZone and APs.
• Manage Cisco switches and routers, including VLANs and QoS.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain network security with updates and patching.
• Maintain detailed network documentation and runbooks.
• Provide support for network incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams on projects.
• Assist with capacity planning, scalability, and future upgrades.
