Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise networks and security.

You will configure Fortinet firewalls, Ruckus WLAN, and Cisco switching/routing, participate in capacity planning, and support cross-functional IT projects. The role offers opportunities to work on global projects, with a focus on reliability, security, and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of enterprise networking experience.
• Hands-on with Fortinet, Ruckus, and Cisco networking gear.
• Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec/SSL).
• Strong network monitoring and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and VPNs.
• Manage wireless networks with Ruckus ZoneDirector/SmartZone and APs.
• Maintain Cisco switches and routers, VLANs, STP, OSPF, QoS.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure security through updates and best practices.
• Document topology, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams on projects.
