Job summary

XEPOS LTD. in Pakistan is seeking a mid-level C# Developer to join its engineering hub. You will design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade .NET applications, build RESTful APIs, and collaborate with UK-based architects and product managers to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes API development, cloud integration, testing, and CI/CD automation. You will work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams and contribute to performance tuning and code quality

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise C#/.NET applications.
• Developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core and EF ORM.
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Unit testing with xUnit/NUnit/MSTest; practice TDD.
• Strong Git version control and code review discipline.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Design, develop and maintain C#/.NET applications (backend services, APIs and web components).
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with cloud platforms and third-party services.
• Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, profile and optimize application performance and memory usage.
• Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, estimation and continuous improvement.
• Support deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines and environment configuration for staging and production.

Job Specification

• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (Core and Framework).
• Experience building backend services and developing/consuming RESTful APIs (JSON, HTTP).
• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework (or equivalent ORM), dependency injection patterns.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and optimized queries.
• Unit testing frameworks: xUnit, NUnit or MSTest; experience with TDD.
• Source control: Git, branching strategies and code review processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), app services, storage and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading and performance tuning in .NET.
• Good communication and ability to work with distributed teams; Agile/Scrum experience.
