Job summary

CloudPSO, a US-based IT outsourcing company with a center in Pakistan, seeks a Senior AI/ML & Mobile Application Engineer (iOS/Android) for a remote role. The candidate will design, train, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models powering a Voice Agent platform and contribute to Android/iOS app development.

Required hands-on mobile development, strong Python with ML frameworks, and experience in speech/NLP, MLOps, and API integration. Remote position with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of software engineering and AI/ML development experience.
• Strong Python experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or equivalent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with speech and NLP techniques and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune models for STT, NLU, and TTS use cases.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Develop APIs exposing AI capabilities to backend, frontend, and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and mobile teams on integration and performance.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Android and iOS apps with AI/ML features.
• Research and experiments to improve model accuracy, quality, and latency.
• Document architectures, experiments, and deployment processes.
