Job summary

CloudPSO is a remote-friendly, US-based company with a Pakistan center, seeking an experienced AI Engineer to drive AI capabilities for its Voice Agent platform. You will design, train, deploy, and optimize models powering NLU, STT, and TTS components.

The role requires strong Python expertise, hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, and frontend prototyping using React. You will collaborate across backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams with focus on scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of AI/ML development experience.
• Strong Python expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with speech, NLP, and real-time streaming tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models for STT, NLU, and TTS use cases.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Develop APIs and services exposing AI capabilities to backend and frontend systems.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams; ensure scalable deployments.
• Create frontend prototypes, dashboards, and demonstrations using a modern frontend framework.
