Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional AI/ML experience with production systems.
• 5+ years in MLOps and productionising AI applications.
• 2+ years applying AI beyond experiments or personal projects.
• Strong Python expertise for ML/backend work.
• Experience deploying AI/ML apps and models to production.
• Hands-on with NLP, generative AI and evaluation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Refactor and productionise ML models and Applied AI capabilities.
• Build modular, production-ready ML components.
• Develop Python-based ML applications and supporting services.
• Create reliable ML pipelines for evaluation, deployment and operation.
• Design guardrails for grounding, hallucination and quality checks.
• Implement ML workflows with monitoring and observability.
