Job summary
INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead installation, erection, and commissioning of mechanical packages on major energy projects. You will supervise field teams, review drawings, ensure integrity of static and rotating equipment, and coordinate testing and pre-commissioning activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- 5–6 years of relevant mechanical execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping systems, installation, erection, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, piping isometrics, equipment drawings, GA drawings, and mechanical specifications.
- Experience with static and rotating equipment.
- Experience in industrial, EPC, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, power, or process-related projects preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installation and erection at project sites.
- Install pumps, compressors, vessels, exchangers, tanks, and valves.
- Conduct equipment alignment, bolting, torqueing, and assembly.
- Review P&IDs and drawings for site execution.
- Coordinate hydrotesting, pressure testing, flushing and cleaning.
- Support pre-commissioning and start-up activities.
- Maintain completion checklists and handover docs.
