Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Mechanical Draftsman to join our Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. You will prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, schematics, and fabrication drawings for mechanical equipment and piping systems.

With 5–7 years of relevant drafting experience in Oil & Gas, you will apply international codes and coordinate with engineers to verify designs, update drawings, and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate Diploma in Drafting or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of drafting experience in mechanical and piping for Oil & Gas.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and at least one 3D platform such as CADWorx, PDMS, or Tekla.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and 2D/3D models for mechanical equipment and piping.
• Apply international codes and standards to piping design and drafting.
• Develop 2D/3D models for FEED-level piping and skid-based designs.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing to verify requirements and modify designs.
• Develop plans, sections, layouts, and fabrication drawings communicating construction needs.
• Maintain drafting standards, documentation, logs, and BOM/BOQ reviews.
• Incorporate red-line markups and reflect changes in final drawings.
• Participate in CAD model reviews and design coordination meetings.
