Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Mechanical Draftsman to join our Wellhead and Skids Solutions team in Pakistan. You will prepare 2D/3D drawings, schematics, and models for mechanical equipment and piping, ensuring compliance with international codes and project standards.

You will coordinate with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams, develop fabrication drawings, review BOMs, and participate in design reviews to drive accurate, timely deliverables for oil & gas,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in drafting or mechanical engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in mechanical and piping drafting (Oil & Gas preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and one or more 3D design platforms (CADWorx, PDMS, or Tekla).
• Strong technical communication and coordination skills; attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and 2D/3D models for mechanical equipment and piping.
• Develop 2D/3D models for FEED-level piping and skid-based structures.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing personnel.
• Review BOMs and BOQs for accuracy.
• Prepare red-line markups and ensure design changes are reflected in drawings.
• Participate in CAD model reviews and design coordination meetings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and quality procedures.
