Job summary

UrbanForm Developments in Multan, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Mason to join our construction team. You will build, repair and maintain walls, floors and other brick, stone or concrete surfaces.

The ideal candidate has proven masonry experience, can read blueprints, measures accurately, mixes cement and mortar correctly, and follows safety codes. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mason in construction
• Knowledge of bricklaying materials and techniques
• Ability to read blueprints accurately
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and design plans to determine layout and dimensions
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure precise fitting
• Mix cement and mortar to appropriate consistency
• Lay bricks or stones according to the design plan
• Use tools such as trowels, levels and chisels to shape and smooth surfaces
• Repair any damaged or cracked areas on existing structures
• Install insulation materials if required
• Ensure that all work meets safety standards
• Clean and maintain tools after each use
