Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Report directly to GM (Medical) and coordinate closely with associated healthcare companies.
• Evaluate and monitor business development (BD) plans of all associated companies.
• Keep GM regularly updated on each company’s BD activities, goals, and progress.
• Draft annual BD plans, compare them across verticals, and align strategies.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and present findings to the MD (Medical).
• Supervise the execution of approved marketing strategies by partner companies.
• Lead and contribute to social media strategy and online presence.
• Oversee branding and promotional initiatives across all medical verticals of Fauji Foundation.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
MBA in Marketing and Business Development from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:
5–7 years of relevant professional experience in corporate marketing or business development.
Proven track record in marketing research, with evidence or published papers.
