Job summary

SmartEnds Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-oriented International Logistics Manager to lead global shipping operations from Gulberg, Lahore.

The role emphasizes coordination with international vendors and cost optimization across routes in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in logistics or international shipping, strong English communication, and a proactive approach to process improvements and documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or international shipping.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional communication style.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and logistics management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with international stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing operational requirements.
• Working hours: 9 hours per day. Flexible schedule: Working hours can be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on work commitments and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international logistics across multiple routes and regions.
• Coordinate with account managers at UPS, DHL, and other logistics service providers to manage shipments and resolve issues.
• Monitor logistics budgets, track shipping expenses, and manage invoicing.
• Compare freight quotations, evaluate pricing options, and identify opportunities to reduce shipping costs.
• Calculate, verify, and track applicable duties, taxes, and other shipment-related charges.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth shipment planning, documentation, dispatch, and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to streamline logistics procedures, improve operational efficiency, and optimize costs.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, quotations, invoices, expenses, and other logistics-related documents.
• Provide logistics support to both BrighterBins and VisnLine product lines and coordinate with relevant stakeholders as required.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or international shipping.
