Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a Senior Java Developer (Spring) to join our fintech project in hybrid mode. You will build scalable backends with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, delivering robust microservices.

You will work with Hibernate, JPA, Quarkus, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, SonarQube, OpenAPI/Swagger, Keycloak and Redis/Hazelcast to ensure secure, high-performance solutions. Flexible hours and remote options are available.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of Java backend development experience.
Proficient with Spring Framework and microservices.
Experience designing RESTful APIs and data persistence layers.
Familiarity with containerization and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Design data persistence using Hibernate ORM and JPA.
Leverage Quarkus to optimize Java microservices.
Containerize and orchestrate services with Docker and Kubernetes.
Architect event-driven systems using Kafka.
Implement search and log analytics with the ELK Stack.
Ensure code quality with SonarQube and secure development practices.
Document REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger.
Manage authentication with Keycloak.
Work with distributed caching solutions like Hazelcast and Redis.
