Orient Group is seeking a Manager Internal Audit who is a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in internal auditing, risk management, and internal controls. The role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and requires hands-on leadership to strengthen governance and risk management across functions.

You will plan and execute audits, identify control gaps, ensure regulatory compliance, review processes, and coordinate with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA – ICAP) with 5–6 years of relevant experience in Audit or Risk & Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO), risk assessment and governance.
• Ability to design and implement audit plans and procedures.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments across departments.
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review business processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate with external auditors and management.
• Support in SAP control reviews and system audits.
