Cummins Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineering professional with strong expertise in discrete manufacturing, industrial engineering, and data analytics.

This role will transform manufacturing data into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across plant operations. The position focuses on supporting the deployment of AI and analytics solutions, dashboard development, and data-driven decision making with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field with relevant coursework.
• Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing, lean methods, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Ability to translate shop-floor challenges into analytics-driven actions.

Mansioni

• Analyze data from manufacturing systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance to define projects.
• Develop dashboards and models to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
• Support AI/analytics use cases with domain expertise and data validation.
• Perform data validation, root-cause analysis, and performance investigations.
