Responsibilities include tracking shipments, obtaining shipping documents, coordinating payments, and maintaining monthly import data.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Master\'s Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Track import shipments from dispatch to arrival and release.
• Follow up with suppliers for shipping documents and share them with the clearance team.
• Coordinate duty demands and pay orders with Finance for timely payments.
• Assist the clearance team to monitor shipment clearance and documentation status.
• Maintain monthly import shipment data and keep records up to date.
