Silicon Labs in Austin, Texas is seeking a Hardware Product Manager to own the IoT product line from concept to plan and customer alphas. You will work with silicon design, validation, software product management, and sales to ensure our SoCs meet market needs.

You will define hardware requirements for core CPU, co-processors, power management, radio, and security, mapping customer requirements to detailed specifications across Wi‑Fi, Thread, ZigBee, and Bluetooth.

Qualifications

• BSEE/BSCS or equivalent with 6+ years in semiconductor product management or IoT.
• Core IC front end / architecture / verification / embedded systems development experience.
• Experience in business cases for technology investments and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define SoC product requirements, features, specifications, and system KPIs for core CPU, co-processors, accelerators, power management, digital/analog peripherals, security, radio, and packages.
• Collaborate with IC design, product test, software, product marketing, applications, operations, and sales to develop long-term innovation ideas and silicon roadmaps.
• Drive the product development process from concept through definition and pitch to executives, including competitive analysis and tear-down assessments.
