Job summary

Simpl Talent is seeking a data-minded MarTech professional to strengthen the data and tracking foundation behind digital customer journeys. You will work with App and Technology teams to audit, design, and optimize analytics across platforms.

Responsibilities include managing product analytics, events, and customer attributes, translating requirements into technical specs, and ensuring data accuracy prior to releases. Strong communication across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in MarTech, product analytics, growth technology, or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with CleverTap, Kochava, GA4, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of event tracking, customer attributes, and digital customer journeys.
• Ability to translate business and journey requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, product, marketing, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit and improve the current tracking setup.
• Manage product analytics, events, customer attributes, and user journeys.
• Translate journey and feature requirements into technical specifications.
• Support implementation and optimization of key features across the customer engagement platform.
• Ensure data accuracy across the app, website, CleverTap, Kochava, and other platforms.
• Validate tracking and analytics before every release.
