Job summary

IODIGITAL in Karachi is seeking a mid-senior Graphic Designer to lead end-to-end design for client and internal projects, from ideation to execution. You will develop creative visuals for social and digital campaigns and collaborate with creative and strategy teams.

A strong portfolio, 3–4 years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential, along with strong communication and presentation skills and familiarity with Generative AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of current design trends and digital media platforms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their ethical application in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End management of designing and illustration process, from ideation to execution of assigned clients/jobs.
• Development of creative designs and illustrations for social and digital media campaigns.
• Development of ideas in-line with creative and strategy teams.
• Active role in development of Pitch presentations if required.
• Assist design direction for the agency's own social and digital assets.
• Self-capacity building with tech and digital media products designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts.
• Adapt to dynamic job demands in line with global and local trends and tools.
