Devsinc, LLC in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for Voosha, its creator marketplace product. You will shape the visual identity across social media, campaigns, events and the platform, turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals for brands and creators.

Collaborate with content and video teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals while adhering to Voosha brand guidelines and leveraging AI design tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience (agency or startup preferred).
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and CapCut.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT).
• Good understanding of content copy and social media trends.
• A creative, self-driven thinker who regularly brings new ideas to the table.
• A strong portfolio is a must.

Responsabilités

• Generate fresh creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, social media trends and brand activations, and pitch them proactively to the team.
• Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, ads, banners, event and product collateral and presentation decks.
• Keep all creative consistent with Voosha’s brand guidelines.
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, mockups and asset production.
• Write or refine short copy, captions and headlines that go with designs.
• Work closely with the content and video team on campaigns.
