Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong portfolio across design, video, and motion graphics.
• Experience with digital marketing content optimization for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design: create high-quality static graphics for social media, websites, emails, presentations and print materials.
• Video editing: refine raw footage into engaging content for social media, YouTube, websites and internal comms.
• Motion graphics: develop impactful motion graphics, lower thirds, intros, and visual effects.
• Concept & Strategy: craft concepts and storyboards aligned with campaigns and brand messaging.
• Asset management: organize digital assets for efficient workflow and easy access.
• Brand adherence: ensure visuals follow brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• Industry trends: stay updated on design software and video editing techniques.
• AI-assisted tools: leverage AI for ideation, image enhancement and transcription where suitable.
• Collaboration: participate in brainstorming and iterate designs based on feedback.
