You will translate concepts into compelling visual assets for digital and print, collaborating with marketing, content, product, and other stakeholders to strengthen brand identity and deliver outstanding user experiences. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in design, proficiency with ZPLAN, MAGIC PLAN, and AutoCAD, and a strong portfolio across web and print marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality creative designs for digital and print marketing materials.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and corporate communications.
• Proficiency in ZPLAN, MAGIC PLAN , AutoCAD, and other relevant design software is required.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all channels.
• Design campaign assets that support lead generation, recruitment, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, digital, and business teams to translate briefs into effective creative solutions.
• Produce artwork for brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, case studies, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

• Create motion graphics, animations, and basic video content where required.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging creative technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, and design efficiency.

• Ensure all artwork is prepared correctly for both digital and print production.
• Monitor creative performance and recommend design improvements based on campaign results and user engagement data.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.
• Take ownership of projects from concept development through to final delivery.
