Job summary

EY in Karachi, Pakistan, seeks a Senior in Global Compliance and Reporting to lead complex engagements and drive growth of the GCR practice. You will manage day-to-day client engagements, oversee tax planning, compliance and reporting, and coach junior team members across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation or related field.
• MBA, master’s or professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CTA/ADIT) or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations in a Large professional services firm or similar.
• Strong managerial, organizational and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines and drive performance improvements.
