Contour Software is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design and build an enterprise GenAI platform in Lahore/Islamabad. You will create production-grade RAG systems, semantic pipelines, and LLM orchestration layers, enabling multi-step AI workflows across divisions.

You will ship end-to-end AI systems, enforce governance, and mentor teams as Contour defines its AI standards while delivering value to customers globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building applied AI/ML systems with strong GenAI experience.
• Proven shipping of LLM-powered applications (RAG, embeddings, prompts).
• Deep understanding of vector search, semantic retrieval and AI evaluation.
• Experience with orchestration layers using LangChain or equivalents.
• Cloud-native engineering with AWS/Azure/GCP; Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise GenAI architecture from the ground up.
• Build production-ready RAG systems, embeddings workflows, and vector data infra.
• Architect LLM orchestration for multi-step reasoning and agentic workflows.
• Integrate LLM providers into secure, observable enterprise systems.
• Define governance, guardrails, and monitoring for AI in production.
• Translate business problems into AI-native architectures with product teams.
