Job summary

Apertera is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead GenAI and LLM-powered translation technology. You will work in an R&D team reporting to the VP of AI Innovation, prototyping advanced algorithms and staying at the cutting edge of GenAI applications in translation.

You will collaborate with DevOps, software engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality AI solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Master in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement state-of-the-art LLM techniques including continued pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human or AI feedback (PPO, DPO, GRPO, etc.), and LLM deployment.
