Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on reliability, observability, and secure deployments.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response, while promoting best practices across mobile, web, and backend services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps transformations and infrastructure evolution.
• Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage or Networking.
• Terraform for provisioning and managing GCP resources.
• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (GCP, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Programming in TypeScript, JavaScript, Go or Python.
• Git version control proficiency.
• Strong agile/dynamic work environment preference.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using GCP native tools and others.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with mobile, web, and backend teams to improve deployment, performance, and observability on GCP.
• Ensure security best practices in GCP infrastructure and pipelines for mobile backends.
• Maintain detailed deployment architecture documentation and troubleshooting guides for GCP backend infra.
• Identify and implement improvements to GCP infrastructure and DevOps processes.
