Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Islamabad to join our cloud-focused team. The role centers on building reliable, secure, and scalable GCP-based infrastructure that underpins data and analytics ecosystems.

You will implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using GCP tools, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with mobile, web, and backend teams to optimize deployment performance and observability while upholding security best practices.

Qualifications

• Solid experience (3+ years) participating in DevOps transformations and infrastructure evolution.
• Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage or Networking.
• Experience with Terraform for provisioning GCP resources.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools on GCP (Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with programming languages (TypeScript, JavaScript, Go or Python).
• Version control with Git.
• Agile/dynamic team environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using GCP native tools and other solutions.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with mobile, web and backend teams to deploy, optimize performance, and ensure observability of mobile backends on GCP.
• Ensure security best practices in GCP configurations and deployments.
• Maintain deployment architecture documentation for mobile backend infrastructure on GCP.
• Assist in identifying improvements to GCP infrastructure and DevOps processes.
