Job summary

iQansoft Ltd in Islamabad is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to own the end-to-end development of e-commerce web apps using Next.js and React. You will design database schemas, APIs, and frontend delivery, leveraging MERN stack and strong SQL/NoSQL skills.

You will work onsite in Islamabad, collaborating with cross-functional teams, deliver high-quality, scalable e-commerce storefronts, and integrate ODOO and automotive data standards where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, with at least 3 years in e-commerce full-stack development.
• Expert in Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router) and React — production applications required.
• Strong Node.js and Express.js backend skills — API design, middleware, auth, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Supabase / PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, GCP, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• ODOO Integration Experience: REST/XML-RPC with Next.js/Node.js.
• Auto Parts & Automotive E-Commerce: experience with fitment filters and vehicle data.
• Understanding ACES/PIES data formats and exposure via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build fast, SEO-optimised storefronts with Next.js and React.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs in Node.js.
• Manage product catalog, cart, checkout, orders, and fulfillment logic.
• Implement authentication and RBAC using JWT/OAuth 2.0.
• Integrate third-party services: payments, shipping, taxes.
• Lead code reviews and document architecture decisions.
