Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development, including Senior Software Engineer or Principal-level roles.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js And Next.js).
• Proven track record in building responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Hands-on involvement in client communication and team coordination.
• Strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and ability to mentor and guide team members.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, from requirement understanding to delivery and post-release support.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery by setting clear, realistic goals and aligning team efforts accordingly.
• Identify risks early and proactively manage dependencies, scope, and timelines.
• Maintain a strong focus on engineering quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Client Collaboration & Product Thinking
• Take the lead in client communication for assigned projects
• Collaborate with clients to gather, clarify, and refine requirements
• Understand the client's vision and translate it into actionable technical and product outcomes
• Add value beyond implementation by researching ideas, competitors, and industry best practices, contributing with a product-oriented mindset
• Act as a trusted technical partner to clients, helping shape solutions rather than just executing requirements
• Collaborate closely with other Team Leads, Senior Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and high standards across teams
• Share learnings, challenges, and solutions across teams to continuously improve engineering practices
