AppWork seeks an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our R&D team. You’ll influence product experience end-to-end, from intuitive frontend interfaces to scalable backend services, collaborating with design and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities include building features end-to-end, elevating UX with pixel-perfect interfaces, designing scalable architectures, and mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative, craftsmanship-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Elixir experience required.
• 7+ years of full stack development experience with production-grade apps.
• Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs; SQL/NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across the stack.
• Elevate user experience by translating designs into high-quality interfaces.
