Job summary

Banyan Canopy Group in Karachi, Pakistan, seeks a Senior Business Integration Lead (Finance and NetSuite) to own the integration function for newly acquired operating companies across the UK & EU portfolio. You will guide the integration into NetSuite from deal close through final sign-off and run the NTA review with the finance team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, ERP implementation, or post-acquisition integration.
• Strong finance foundation including IFRS or US GAAP, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems with exposure to data migration and multi-entity setups.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration of acquired entities from deal close to sign-off, managing multiple integrations.
• Guide NetSuite integration for each entity in partnership with the NetSuite team.
• Lead NTA reviews and opening balance work with the finance team and portfolio company.
• Map chart of accounts to Banyan standards and support group reporting requirements.
• Coordinate data validation and reconciliation for migration (customers, vendors, products, balances).
• Set up multi-entity/multi-book reporting for acquired entities.
• Review revenue recognition policies against group standards and adjust as needed.
• Identify gaps between acquired systems and Banyan's ERP and prioritize fixes.
• Coordinate integration compliance (VAT, KYC/AML, filings) with legal/tax/advisors.
• Establish reporting calendars, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and refine integration playbooks, SOPs, and templates.
• Present progress and risks to senior leadership; escalate critical issues.
• Mentor junior team members as the function grows.
