Job summary

Banyan Canopy Group, based in Karachi, Pakistan, seeks a Senior Business Integration Lead (Finance and NetSuite) to own Banyan's integration function for newly acquired operating companies across the UK and EU portfolio. You will guide the integration into NetSuite from deal close through final sign-off, run the NTA review, and act as the main contact for portfolio leadership during onboarding.

This is a senior role requiring strong finance experience, the ability to decide what to integrate,

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in finance, ERP implementation, or post-acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration of acquired entities, from deal close through final sign-off.
• Guide the NetSuite integration for each acquired entity, defining what needs to be integrated and how.
• Lead the Net Tangible Assets (NTA) review and workings for each acquisition, including opening balance analysis.
