Rozee.pk is seeking a Maintenance / Information Systems specialist to support the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, develop dashboards, and generate maintenance reports. The role requires up to 2 years of relevant experience and hands-on SAP PM exposure.

The ideal candidate will maintain equipment master data, work orders, and maintenance plans while analyzing data to drive operational efficiency. MS Access skills are preferred to enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE/IE or related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
• Experience in dashboard development and MS Access preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day operations and functionality of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
• Assist in maintaining equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, and work orders.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance activities and generate periodic performance reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize MS Access for database management, data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze maintenance-related data from SAP and other relevant systems.
• Prepare reports related to preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment performance, and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and relevant departments to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Identify data discrepancies and support improvements in maintenance reporting processes.
• Provide assistance in troubleshooting SAP PM-related issues and maintaining data accuracy.

Job Purpose

To support the effective utilization and administration of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, develop dashboards and maintenance reports, and analyze maintenance-related data to support operational efficiency and informed management decision-making.
