Job summary

Systems Arabia in Lahore seeks a Senior CRM Technical Consultant to lead the technical implementation, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, work across data migration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on design reviews.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
• Strong experience with end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or related CRM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 configuration and customization, including Tables, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Web Resources, and security.
• Strong development experience with C#/.NET and Dynamics 365 Plugin Development.
• Experience with Custom APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 Security Model.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, transformation, cleansing, and data harmonization.
• Experience developing Power Automate flows and custom workflows. Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ALM, solution management, and deployment processes.
• Experience with SSRS and Power BI.
• Good understanding of CRM solution design, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including Tables, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Web Resources, and security components.
• Work with Dynamics 365 workloads including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Develop custom solutions using C#/.NET, Plugins, Custom APIs, and custom workflows.
• Design and implement integrations using Web API, Custom APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integration technologies.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Build and customize Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Develop Power Automate flows and workflow automation.
• Implement and configure the Dynamics 365 Security Model, including security roles, business units, teams, and access controls.
• Perform data migration activities including mapping, transformation, validation, cleansing, and data harmonization.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards where required.
• Manage Dynamics 365 solutions, environments, and deployments following ALM and solution management best practices.
• Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for build, release, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, testing, and release activities.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documents, deployment documentation, and support documentation.
• Follow Microsoft-recommended development, security, performance, and architecture practices.
