Job summary

Convo is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to design and operate a delivery system for agentic frameworks, services and agent releases. You will build repeatable evaluation gates, ensure strong isolation and safe rollback, and coach teams on release standards.

You will design pipelines, implement GitOps with IaC, integrate automated checks for quality and security, and maintain reusable templates with observability and audit trails.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering.
• 3+ years with production Kubernetes, GitOps and IaC.
• Strong CI/CD and GitOps for Kubernetes-hosted services.

Responsibilities

• Design CI/CD pipelines for Python services, agent definitions, prompts, tools and platform configuration.
• Implement GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments with promotion, rollback and environment-specific policy controls.
• Integrate automated unit, API, security and LLM-evaluation checks into release gates.
• Implement secrets handling, sandbox isolation and least-privilege deployment identities.
• Instrument pipelines and deployed services for release traceability, health monitoring and incident diagnosis.
• Maintain reusable deployment templates and coach engineering teams on release standards.
