Job summary

Tether is seeking a skilled DevOps Specialist to architect and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with a focus on test-driven deployment and IaC. You will containerize services with Docker, manage build and publishing for JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++ packages, and develop robust multi-language pipelines using CMake or similar tools.

Responsibilities include automating releases across web, desktop, and mobile, and ensuring scalable, secure deployments with advanced Linux and networking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Strong proficiency in test-driven deployment methodologies.
• Expertise in containerization using Docker and image management.
• Experience building cross-language pipelines (JavaScript/TypeScript and C++).
• Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK or AWS CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and management of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Implement test-driven deployment systems with automated testing and monitoring.
• Containerize applications and microservices with Docker and manage deployment pipelines.
• Oversee build, packaging, and publishing for JavaScript/TypeScript and C++ packages (NPM).
• Develop cross-platform build pipelines using CMake or equivalent tools.
• Automate release processes for web, desktop, and mobile apps.
• Define and manage Infrastructure as Code to provision scalable infra.
• Collaborate with dev, QA, and ops to troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Improve observability and feedback loops with monitoring tools.
