Job summary

Cloudelligent is seeking a Senior Data Migration Engineer to drive data conversion for LegalTech SaaS implementations. You will lead end-to-end ETL lifecycle, from legacy data analysis to mapping and test conversions, ensuring clean, ready-for-day-one data.

Candidates should have strong SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy a plus), and Excel/Power Query skills, with experience handling financial and operational data across multiple sources. Legal-tech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data migration, ETL, or ERP/SaaS integration.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in joins, CTEs, validation.
• Strong Python experience; Pandas/NumPy a plus.
• Proficiency with CSV/JSON/XML formats and API data sources.
• Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy data structures and design end-to-end migration strategies.
• Map data to modern schemas and run test conversions with validation.
• Develop Python ETL scripts to automate recurring processes.
• Extract data from SQL, CSV, APIs, and other sources; optimize queries.
• Create data-mapping docs and reconciliation reports for go-live.
