Job summary

iSystems Ltd in Lahore, Pakistan seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and SCM to join our implementation and support teams.

You will work with business stakeholders, configure solutions, map processes, and lead UAT, data migration, and end-user training, ensuring successful delivery of D365 F&O projects across Finance and SCM.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O configuration, implementation, enhancements, or application support.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end Finance and SCM business processes.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, functional documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
• Knowledge of functional testing, UAT, defect management, and issue resolution.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support end users.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with full-cycle D365 F&O implementations is an advantage.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

• Provide end-user training, prepare user guides, and support change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system performance through D365 F&O capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Finance and SCM processes.
