Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join the IT Cybersecurity Team in Pakistan. The role focuses on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), vulnerability management, and incident management across the product lifecycle.

You will implement and automate security controls, support audits, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to strengthen security across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC 2).
• Proficiency with security testing tools (Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Wireshark).
• Experience with SIEM, endpoint security, and IPS/IDS.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking basics.
• Certs such as CEH, CYSA+, ISO 27001 LA, CISA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) efforts and map security controls to standards.
• Guide product security throughout SDLC and collaborate with development teams.
• Oversee automated vulnerability scanning and manual penetration testing.
• Develop risk-based security testing strategies and incident response plans.
• Drive GRC automation and security testing tooling implementations.
• Provide security training and secure coding guidance to engineers.
