Job summary

Systems Arabia in Lahore is seeking a Senior CRM Technical Consultant to lead the technical implementation, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, handle data migration, deployments, security, and analytics with SSRS/Power BI, while collaborating across teams and adhering to ALM/CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience.
• End-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations experience.
• Hands-on with Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience with Model-Driven and Canvas Apps.
• Deep understanding of D365 configuration and security.
• Proficient in C#/.NET and Plugin development.
• Strong JavaScript and Web API experience.
• Experience with Custom APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ALM, deployment.
• Experience SSRS and Power BI.
• Good grasp of solution design, performance, scalability.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations from design to support.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365: Tables, Forms, Views, Rules, Web Resources.
• Develop custom solutions using C#/.NET and Plugins.
• Create client-side customizations with JavaScript and Web API.
• Design integrations using Web API, Custom APIs, and Web Services.
• Build Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions.
• Develop Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Implement and configure the security model: roles, teams, units.
• Perform data migration: mapping, transformation, cleansing.
• Create SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Manage deployments with ALM and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in reviews.
• Prepare technical specs and deployment documentation.
• Adhere to Microsoft-recommended development and security practices.
