Job summary

Meds Nexus Private Limited is seeking a Senior Credentialing Specialist to join its Rawalpindi team for night shifts. The role requires 2-3 years of credentialing experience and involves processing credentialing and reappointment applications for outpatient and ABA providers.

You will track application progress, manage provider records, and communicate with providers, payers, and facilities. This position supports billing, contracts, and EDI processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of credentialing experience.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and payer enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete credentialing and reappointment applications for outpatient and ABA providers.
• Track progress of applications and report to Client Managers/Team Leaders.
• Monitor provider portals for up-to-date information and accuracy.
• Maintain provider records electronically and in hard copy folders.
• Assist in obtaining required documentation from providers.
• Prepare professional communications to providers, payers, and facilities.
• Understand the impact of credentialing on billing, contracts, and EDI.
• Investigate and resolve credentialing-related problems.
• Communicate clearly with team members, payers, and credentialing representatives.
• Process ERA & EFT applications.
• Have knowledge of Government, MCOs, and commercial insurance enrollments.

Job Timing: 05:30 PM To 02:30 AM

Job Type: Night Shift

Experience Required: 2-3 years
