Job summary

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine conversational flows, enhance LLM responses, and create seamless user interactions. The role requires 4+ years designing complex chat/voice experiences and 1+ year hands-on experience in conversational AI, with strong knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of ethical AI, accessibility, and plain-language principles.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (CS) is mandatory.
