Qualifications

• Budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting experience.
• Understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, CWIP, BOMs and project feasibility.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; analytical and attentive to details.
• Effective stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget preparation, consolidation, and Board presentation.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Projects, P&E, S&OP, and clusters to validate costs.
• Align procurement and cash budgets with CWIP requirements.
• Prepare financial workings for deferred revenue, OPEX allocations, and open POs/PRs.
• Develop BOM-based budgets and improve visibility of service costs.
• Contribute to automation of budget reporting and PIR analyses.
• Prepare PIR analyses and circulate reports within defined timelines.
• Maintain updated records of budget reallocations and coordinate system updates.
