Qualifications

• 7–8 years of hands-on blow molding experience.
• Experience operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining blow molding machines.
• Ability to lead a small production team while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machines to produce high-quality products.
• Set up blow molding machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of blow molding machines.
• Maintain accurate production records, including machine performance and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Lead, supervise, and train a team member as needed.
• Collaborate with quality control to meet specifications.
• Implement improvements to the process to increase efficiency and quality.
• Assist in material handling and storage to support production.
