Job summary

Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department invites applications from domicile holders of Punjab Province for contract posts under the project Punjab Wildlife Census (Phase-II) From Baseline to Action. Candidates should have 7–10 years of biodiversity research experience or a PhD in related fields.

Applications must reach the Project In-charge by 10.09.2026. Domicile, CNIC, and certificates are required; hand submissions are not accepted.

Qualifications

• MPhil / MS in Zoology, Wildlife Management, biodiversity conservation, ecology or related field with 7–10 years in biodiversity research or conservation projects.
• Advanced degree (Ph.D.) in Zoology, Wildlife Management, biodiversity conservation, ecology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead biodiversity census activities under the Development Project.
• Prepare technical reports and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Punjab Wildlife Census (Phase-II) project team and Directorate General, Wildlife & Parks.

Job Overview

Applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of Punjab Province to fill project posts under the Development Project "Punjab Wildlife Census (Phase-II) From Baseline to Action" purely on contract basis for the gestation period of the project.

Qualification and Experience

MPhil / MS degree (18 years education) in Zoology, Wildlife Management, Biodiversity Conservation, ecology or a related field with a minimum experience of 7-10 years in Biodiversity research or conservation projects.
OR
Advanced degree (Ph.D.) in Zoology, Wildlife Management, biodiversity Conservation, Ecology or a related field.
