Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings for projects.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create visual representations of designs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Work with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements.
• Prepare construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Attend site visits during construction phase to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
