Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings: plans, elevations, sections, layouts and construction details.
• Develop working drawings and construction documentation per project requirements.
• Create schedules and layouts: door/window schedules, reflected ceiling plans and floor-finish layouts.
• Produce drawings for walls, partitions, stairs, washrooms and joinery.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC disciplines.
• Review drawings for accuracy in dimensions, levels, annotations and consistency.
• Incorporate revisions from architects, consultants, clients and site teams promptly.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built and record drawings.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision histories and document control records.
• Liaise with site teams to resolve drawing issues and support field execution.
• Adhere to project deadlines with high drafting accuracy and documentation quality.
• Utilize MS Office for documentation and communication related to drawings.
