Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 8 years of experience as an architect on commercial or residential projects.
• Excellent proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and Revit; strong design delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, engineers and contractors to develop design concepts and plans that meet needs and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to gather information, assess conditions and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints and 3D models using CAD tools.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure design integrity throughout all project phases.
