Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments per procedures and guidelines
• Compute, classify, verify, post and record accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare invoices, bills and bank deposits
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are posted correctly
• Classify and rectify payment or billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with clients to follow up on remaining payments and send reminders via email
• Post accurately in SAP system on time
