Job summary

NexLoomix in Islamabad is seeking a Senior AI Scientist to research, prototype and productionize intelligent systems that move from experimentation into production.

You will design and develop applied AI and ML systems, explore generative AI techniques, build LLM-based solutions and retrieval architectures, and mentor engineers across product teams.

Collaborating with software engineers and designers, you will help define the technical direction for AI-driven products and document findings.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in machine learning and hands-on system building.
• Experience with LLMs, retrieval pipelines and evaluation.
• Ability to design production-grade AI systems and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applied AI and machine learning systems.
• Research emerging techniques in generative AI and machine learning.
• Build and evaluate LLM-based systems and AI agents.
• Design retrieval and RAG architectures where appropriate.
• Develop experimentation and evaluation pipelines.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
